The volume you owned
Share the number of providers, patients, appointments, or procedures you coordinated and how you stayed organized.
Own the schedule. Protect the patient experience. Become the person the surgical team can count on.
This is more than putting appointments on a calendar. Strong surgery schedulers keep the day moving before problems reach the patient: they notice missing details, communicate clearly, and stay steady when plans change. This Plano practice is looking for someone who takes pride in being accurate, dependable, and one step ahead, and who wants room to grow with the team.
This is a full-time, on-site Plano opportunity. Kelly will confirm the exact daily schedule and any employer-specific education or specialty requirements during the private recruiter conversation.

You do not need to use the exact same title today. What matters is whether the work below feels familiar and whether you can speak concretely about the responsibility you have carried.
You do not need to write an essay. A few concrete details in your resume or introduction make it much easier to understand the level at which you have worked.
Share the number of providers, patients, appointments, or procedures you coordinated and how you stayed organized.
Tell us how you handled schedule changes, missing clearances, authorizations, or competing priorities before they became bigger issues.
Name the EHR, practice-management, scheduling, referral, or insurance tools you have used in real work.
The application stays intentionally simple. Share your contact information, then add a resume, a short introduction, or both. Kelly personally reviews the people who reach out and follows up when the experience and opportunity line up.
Tell us what you need. A real DFW recruiter, not a portal, gets back to you fast.
