1. Current status
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not active on the production site as of the effective date above.
2. Essential browser storage
The site uses session storage to remember the first page you entered, referral source, UTM campaign values, and an advertising click identifier during the current browser session. If you submit a form, those values are included with the inquiry so we can understand which page or source produced the lead. Session storage normally clears when the browser session ends.
The site may use local storage to remember whether you allowed or declined optional analytics. That preference prevents the site from asking on every visit. These storage items do not contain your resume, name, email address, phone number, or form message.
3. Optional analytics
When optional analytics is configured and you select “Allow analytics,” Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics. It may measure pages viewed, general device and browser information, approximate geography, referral source, and privacy-safe events such as starting or completing an employer inquiry or candidate application. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, resume contents, or form messages to analytics.
Advertising storage, ad personalization, and advertising user-data permissions remain disabled through our consent settings. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the site or submitting a form.
4. Your choices
When optional analytics is active, use the banner or the “Privacy choices” link in the footer to allow or decline it. You may also clear site data through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing storage may cause the site to ask for your preference again.
5. Third-party services
Submitting a form sends information to FormSubmit and may cause that service to use its own security or session technologies. The site also loads font files from Google Fonts. Those providers may receive technical request information such as an IP address and browser details under their own policies.
