1. Information we collect
Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, phone number, employer or company, staffing needs, job interests, work preferences, professional qualifications, written messages, and any resume or other document you choose to submit.
Information collected automatically. When you use the site, we may receive the page you entered, the page where you submitted a form, referring website, campaign parameters such as UTM values, an advertising click identifier, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and security or server logs.
Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Do not include a Social Security number, financial account information, date of birth, medical history, genetic information, government identification number, or other highly sensitive information in an initial website form, resume, or introduction.
2. How we use information
- Respond to employer staffing inquiries and candidate requests.
- Evaluate qualifications, interests, and potential employment opportunities.
- Communicate about recruiting services, interviews, placements, and related support.
- Share candidate information with prospective employers when reasonably necessary to pursue recruiting opportunities.
- Maintain applicant, client, referral, and placement records.
- Measure website and campaign performance without sending contact details or resume contents to analytics providers.
- Prevent fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
- Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
3. When we disclose information
We may disclose information to prospective employers and clients as part of recruiting and placement services; to service providers that help operate the website, process forms, host data, deliver email, provide analytics with consent, or support the business; to professional advisers; and when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Current website service providers include Cloudflare for hosting and security, FormSubmit for website form processing, Google Workspace for email and document services, and Blue Goose Marketing for website administration and lead-delivery support. These providers may process information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by their own agreements and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use submitted resumes or contact information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Candidate information and recruiting
Submitting information does not guarantee an interview, referral, placement, or employment. It also does not authorize a criminal, credit, or other consumer background report. If a background report is requested later, Reliable Recruiting or the prospective employer will provide any separate disclosure, authorization, and notices required by applicable law.
Candidate information may be discussed with or provided to prospective employers when doing so is reasonably related to an opportunity. Contact us before submitting if you want to place limits on that sharing.
5. Cookies, local storage, and analytics
The site uses browser session storage to preserve the first landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifier during the current browser session so that a submitted inquiry can be attributed to its source. We may use local storage to remember an analytics privacy choice. These technologies are not used to store your resume or contact information.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not active on the production site as of the effective date above. If optional analytics is activated later, it will not load until you affirmatively allow it.

6. Retention
We retain inquiry, applicant, client, referral, and placement records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide recruiting services, meet applicable employment and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Where applicable, employment records may need to be retained for at least one year, and longer when a complaint, investigation, or legal matter is pending. Service providers may retain data under their own documented schedules. FormSubmit states that ordinary form submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days and that uploaded files are not retained in that archive.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the contact information below if you believe information submitted to us has been misused or exposed.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or ask questions about how it is used. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or reasonably necessary for legal claims, fraud prevention, or security.

If you want us to reconsider a denied privacy request, reply with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” Residents may also contact the appropriate state regulator, including the Texas Attorney General where applicable.
9. Children and international visitors
This site is intended for employers and people seeking employment, not children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate. The site is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
