Reliable Recruiting is seeking an experienced Hospice RN Case Manager for an established local provider. This field-based role fits a nurse who builds trust with patients and families, works well with a care team, and stays confident when working independently.

• ✓ Comfortable providing field-based care throughout Denton and Collin Counties.
• ✓ Organized follow-through across an active hospice caseload.
• ✓ Consolo EMR experience is preferred.
