Hospice Admission RN

Reliable Recruiting is seeking an experienced Hospice Admission RN for a respected local provider. This is a field-based role for a nurse who can work independently, communicate with compassion, and support families through an important transition.

What this role needs

• ✓ Current RN with at least one year of hospice experience.
• ✓ Admission experience is preferred, but not required.
• ✓ A calm, confident presence with patients, families, and care teams.
• ✓ Able to collaborate closely while working with minimal supervision.
• ✓ Comfortable driving throughout the Metroplex as patient needs require.
• ✓ Consolo EMR experience is a plus.
